Regular Meeting
Mark Masinda called the meeting to order at 7:33.
New Business:
ZBA2010-1 Application for a variance to section 7.01.03 to construct a 8,550 sq ft horse stable/indoor riding area of which 1,140 sq ft is open but covered area and section 7.07.04.01 to allow fence to be put on property line at 1 Potter School Road Owner/Applicant: Earl & Michele Bancroft (Received January 14, 2010 Public Hearing February 11, 2010 decision within 65 days after close of P.H).
R. Maloney made a motion to accept the application and set a Public Hearing for February 11, 2010 at 7:30 PM. A site walk was set for Saturday January 30, 2010 at 9:00 AM at 1 Potter School Road. A. Poole seconded the motion. All voted in favor.

Brian Semprebon made a motion to approve the minutes of October 8, 2009. Mark Masinda seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
